UConn basketball

It’s been a bad 24 hours for UConn.

First the women’s team lost in the Big East tournament finals, then the men got clobbered by Syracuse, probably putting an end to their miserable season. Maybe we should think of it as a mercy killing.

Still, it’s been fun. Maybe next year the men will learn how to hit a free throw.

And this year, the women will surely play well into the NCAA. Don’t rule them out for a national championship. They’re as good as the men are bad.
