Mini-Golf Course Proposed

Changes Loom At Buena Vista

By GRANT WELKER, Courant Staff Writer

WEST HARTFORD — The Buena Vista Golf Course may undergo significant changes if proposals for a miniature golf course and a golf training facility at the course are approved.

The changes are proposed in the town’s Leisure Services Blueprint for the Future – its list of suggested ways to improve public parks and recreation in town.

The mini-golf course is in the early stages of planning, Jim Capodiece, the Leisure Services director, said Friday.

It only took four days for my little blog entry to wind up as a story in the Courant. That’s kind of cool.

I’ll have to see what else I can scoop the pros with. 😉

This is the same project the Town Council denied to be planning last spring during the budget fight. If I recall the estimate was $250K
    Misinformation?
